Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)
- 2 drops food coloring
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until combined.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Mix in almond flour and baking powder until smooth.
- Add food coloring and stir until evenly colored.
- Pour the batter into lined cupcake molds.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden and set.
- Let cool before decorating or serving.
