Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp keto sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 70 g melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
- Melt the dark chocolate with the butter until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, keto sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Mix in the almond flour until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into greased ramekins or cupcake molds.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes only, until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
