Sugar Free Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp keto sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 70 g dark chocolate
  • 70 g melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, keto sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
  5. Mix in the almond flour until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into greased ramekins or cupcake molds.
  7. Bake for 7-10 minutes only, until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
