Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or apple cider vinegar
  • Whole hazelnuts for filling
  • Shredded coconut for coating

Directions

  1. Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the coconut flour and powdered sweetener, then mix until fully combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and continue mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop equal portions.
  5. Flatten each portion slightly and place a hazelnut in the center.
  6. Roll into balls.
  7. Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
  8. Place in the fridge for 1 hour until firm and chilled.
