Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or apple cider vinegar
- Whole hazelnuts for filling
- Shredded coconut for coating
Directions
- Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the coconut flour and powdered sweetener, then mix until fully combined.
- Add vanilla extract and continue mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop equal portions.
- Flatten each portion slightly and place a hazelnut in the center.
- Roll into balls.
- Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour until firm and chilled.
