Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or heavy cream
Directions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Whip again until smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
- Spoon into serving cups.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil or heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour over the mousse.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
