Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or heavy cream

Directions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip again until smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
  4. Spoon into serving cups.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil or heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Pour over the mousse.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
