Ingredients
- 5 medium peaches
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup sweetener
- Vanilla drops
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
- Slice the peaches and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the 3 tbsp sweetener over the peaches.
- Bake for 15 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, vanilla drops, and melted butter.
- Mix with your hands or a fork until a crumbly texture forms.
- Add a little more almond flour or butter if needed for the right texture.
- Remove the peaches from the oven.
- Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
