Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 5 medium peaches
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup sweetener
  • Vanilla drops
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
  2. Slice the peaches and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the 3 tbsp sweetener over the peaches.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. In a bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, vanilla drops, and melted butter.
  6. Mix with your hands or a fork until a crumbly texture forms.
  7. Add a little more almond flour or butter if needed for the right texture.
  8. Remove the peaches from the oven.
  9. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
  10. Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
