Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ⅔ cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, and baking soda.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared tray, leaving space between cookies.
