Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1–2 tbsp keto sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, almond flour, keto sweetener, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Line a mini muffin tray or silicone mold.
  4. Add a small spoonful of chocolate into each cup.
  5. Place a small amount of peanut butter filling in the center.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
