Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1–2 tbsp keto sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Mix the peanut butter, almond flour, keto sweetener, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Line a mini muffin tray or silicone mold.
- Add a small spoonful of chocolate into each cup.
- Place a small amount of peanut butter filling in the center.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
