Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar-free chocolate
  • Crushed nuts or shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut molds.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. Let cool completely before glazing.
  7. Decorate with sugar-free chocolate, nuts, or coconut if desired.
