Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar-free chocolate
- Crushed nuts or shredded coconut
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F). Grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut molds.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let cool completely before glazing.
- Decorate with sugar-free chocolate, nuts, or coconut if desired.
