Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup sweetener or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, nut butter, sweetener or honey, and vanilla.
- Mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt.
- Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter into lined muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
