Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetener or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, nut butter, sweetener or honey, and vanilla.
  4. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Add baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Divide the batter into lined muffin cups.
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
