Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 1½–2 cups almond flour (depending on egg size and batter texture)
- Cocoa powder, berries, whipped cream, or melted dark chocolate drizzle
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with monk fruit sweetener until light and fluffy.
- Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs while whisking.
- Fold in the almond flour gradually until you get a thick but smooth batter.
- Pour into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes until the center is set but still slightly soft.
- Let cool before slicing.
