Flourless Chocolate Cake

A rich, fudgy, and decadent flourless chocolate cake made with almond flour and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 1½–2 cups almond flour (depending on egg size and batter texture)
  • Cocoa powder, berries, whipped cream, or melted dark chocolate drizzle

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Line a cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with monk fruit sweetener until light and fluffy.
  6. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs while whisking.
  7. Fold in the almond flour gradually until you get a thick but smooth batter.
  8. Pour into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Bake for 25–35 minutes until the center is set but still slightly soft.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
