Ingredients

  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup sweetener (or sugar-free maple syrup)
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) using the fan setting.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into a large rectangle and cut into small squares.
  4. Bake until lightly golden around the edges.
