Ingredients
- 1½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup sweetener (or sugar-free maple syrup)
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) using the fan setting.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle and cut into small squares.
