Ingredients
- 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds, roasted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Blend the roasted nuts in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
- Slowly pour in the cream or almond milk until the spread reaches your desired consistency.
