Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds, roasted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Blend the roasted nuts in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.
  3. Slowly pour in the cream or almond milk until the spread reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
