Ingredients
- 1 can (or 1.5 cups) boiled chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas well.
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel to help them crisp up.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, paprika, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add the chickpeas and toss until fully coated.
- Spread the chickpeas on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
- Let cool slightly before serving — they get crispier as they cool.
