Crunchy Paprika Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can (or 1.5 cups) boiled chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas well.
  3. Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel to help them crisp up.
  4. In a bowl, mix tahini, paprika, salt, and lemon juice.
  5. Add the chickpeas and toss until fully coated.
  6. Spread the chickpeas on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving — they get crispier as they cool.
