Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Coat the chicken strips well in the seasoned egg mixture.
  5. Arrange the strips on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Mix Greek yogurt with ricotta or cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.
  9. Serve alongside the crispy chicken strips.
