Ingredients
- 150 g chicken breast
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Coat the chicken strips well in the seasoned egg mixture.
- Arrange the strips on a lined baking tray.
- Bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix Greek yogurt with ricotta or cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.
- Serve alongside the crispy chicken strips.
