Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (cut into 2 pieces)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 30 g butter
  • Lettuce
  • Caesar sauce
  • Tortilla or keto-friendly bread

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
  2. Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Coat the chicken in the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken pieces.
  6. Heat butter in a pan and lightly sear the chicken until golden.
  7. Transfer to the oven and bake until crispy and fully cooked.
  8. Warm the tortilla or keto bread.
  9. Add lettuce, crispy chicken, and Caesar sauce.
  10. Fold the sandwich and serve warm.
