Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (cut into 2 pieces)
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- 30 g butter
- Lettuce
- Caesar sauce
- Tortilla or keto-friendly bread
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F).
- Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Coat the chicken in the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken pieces.
- Heat butter in a pan and lightly sear the chicken until golden.
- Transfer to the oven and bake until crispy and fully cooked.
- Warm the tortilla or keto bread.
- Add lettuce, crispy chicken, and Caesar sauce.
- Fold the sandwich and serve warm.
