Ingredients

  • 100 ml keto condensed milk
  • 200 g shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp organic matcha powder
  • Optional: melted chocolate for coating

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, keto condensed milk, and matcha powder.
  2. Mix until a firm, moldable dough forms.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Optional: dip each ball in melted chocolate, then refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  6. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
