Cinnamon Honey Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of fleur de sel

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
  2. Add the cashew nuts to a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with honey and mix well to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and fleur de sel over the cashews.
  5. Toss until fully combined.
  6. Spread the cashews on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  8. Let cool completely before serving for maximum crunch.
