Ingredients
- 200 g cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of fleur de sel
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
- Add the cashew nuts to a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with honey and mix well to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder and fleur de sel over the cashews.
- Toss until fully combined.
- Spread the cashews on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Let cool completely before serving for maximum crunch.
