Ingredients

  • 150 g beef burger (90% lean)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 10 g butter
  • 45 g cheddar cheese
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Pickled red cabbage (or pickles)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook the beef burger until browned and fully cooked.
  3. In another pan, saute the mushrooms with butter until golden.
  4. Slice the cheddar cheese and place it over the warm burger to melt slightly.
  5. Chop the onion, tomato, and lettuce.
  6. Arrange the vegetables in a serving bowl.
  7. Add the cooked burger, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and pickled red cabbage.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together low-fat mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  9. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
