Ingredients
- 150 g beef burger (90% lean)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 10 g butter
- 45 g cheddar cheese
- Onion
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Pickled red cabbage (or pickles)
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the beef burger until browned and fully cooked.
- In another pan, saute the mushrooms with butter until golden.
- Slice the cheddar cheese and place it over the warm burger to melt slightly.
- Chop the onion, tomato, and lettuce.
- Arrange the vegetables in a serving bowl.
- Add the cooked burger, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and pickled red cabbage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together low-fat mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
