Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla together.
  3. Add the nut butter and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the baking soda.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop portions of dough onto a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden around the edges.
  8. Let the cookies cool before serving.
