Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F).
- In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla together.
- Add the nut butter and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop portions of dough onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
