Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup instant coffee
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 deg C (340 deg F) or prepare microwave-safe ramekins.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and sweetener together.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Pour in the instant coffee and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter between 2 ramekins or cupcake molds.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or microwave for about 60-90 seconds until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
